BBrain is a personal, single-user automation system. It is not a public product — the only account that ever uses it, or ever authorizes it to access any data, is its developer's own. This policy explains what data the app accesses via Google APIs, why, and how it is handled.
BBrain is built and operated by its sole user for personal use. It runs on infrastructure the operator owns and controls directly — no third party operates, hosts, or has access to it.
BBrain requests the following Google Calendar API scopes, and nothing broader:

BBrain does not request, and cannot obtain through these scopes, write access to any calendar it did not create itself.
Calendar data read via the API is stored in a database the operator hosts and controls personally. It is never transmitted to, stored by, or shared with any third party, and is never sold or used for advertising. The only systems that process this data are the operator's own self-hosted services and the underlying Google APIs themselves.
Calendar data is retained only as long as needed for the assistant's ongoing planning function and is deleted or overwritten as the operator's own calendars change. There is no independent archive or backup of calendar content held outside the operator's own systems.
Because the only user of this app is its own developer, access can be revoked at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party access . Revoking access immediately stops BBrain from reading or writing any calendar data.
If what this app accesses or how it uses that access changes, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
